To return an item by mail, please follow the simple instructions below:
- Place the unused item in its original condition into a safe and secure shipping package and mail to the address below. Please include the original receipt, packaging slip and invoice with the returned item. To ensure that your package is timely delivered and that you receive credit for the returned item, we recommend that you send the package using a service that tracks delivery, such as registered mail, overnight carrier or by requesting delivery confirmation.

Returning a Gift
We'll issue a full refund to your credit card or to the gift purchaser's credit card for the price of any gift item purchased from SUSIEGALVEZ.COM that you return within thirty (3O) days of the purchase date of the gift with a receipt. Once we receive the returned item, we will credit your account or the gift purchaser's account.
Return Refunds and Credits
We'll issue a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if the returned item is received by SUSIEGALVEZ.COM within thirty (3O) days of the purchase date with a receipt. It takes up to thirty (30) business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
